• What happens in case of theft or damage to the vehicle?

In case of theft, damage, fire and / or collision, the client must make the corresponding Police Report within a period not exceeding 48 hours of the event; and pay what corresponds. In the case of receiving fines for Traffic Violation, you must pay it.

• Can I return the vehicle in another location? (Drop off)

The return of the car in another city or destination that is indicated, will involve paying the charge of the Return Rate. Consult central queries and reservations.

• What is the tolerance for the return of the vehicle?

The tolerance for returning the vehicle is one hour, otherwise extra hours are charged.

“Si desea extender o ampliar el período de alquiler, deberá comunicarlo con un mínimo de 24 horas antes de su finalización; y el mismo estará sujeto a disponibilidad”

“El vehículo alquilado podrá ser conducido por el titular del contrato de alquiler, o quien éste designare (en caso de no conducir el titular). Este derecho podrá ampliarse hasta dos conductores, sin cargo adicional.”

• ¿cuáles son las condiciones de devolución del vehículo?

“El automóvil se entrega con el depósito de combustible completo (Full), en caso de faltantes en la devolución, se cobrará costo de reabastecimiento.”

• ¿en qué momento se abona el alquiler?

“El alquiler del vehículo se abona en el momento de la toma del mismo”
